Grapevines on Wine glasses, a gift set
Jun 26th, 2007 by mark
Last Sunday, I finally had time to do some glass engraving.
I engraved these two glasses as a gift set for a friend who likes to drink wine, a lot. It took me a few days to think of what images or designs to engrave on the glasses. I decided to engrave images of grapes hanging from vines so I used Google’s Image search for my research.
So after looking at tons of drawings and photos of grape vines, I came up with my own impressions of grape vines and drew them onto the glasses. Each vine is unique as I did not use a “template” image and merely replicate them.
Each glass is engraved on both sides as you can see. Now all I need to do isĀ get a nice box.
Well I hope you enjoy the following shots.

p.s. email me at mark@markchoon.com if you further enquiries or would like me to create some very unique gifts for you
How much does it cost to get a set like this engraved? More glasses (same design) cheaper or not?
