When life gives you lemons…

..MAKE LEMONADE!
If you’re wondering what’s all that about, well I’ll summarize a little.
I’m sure you would have noticed that this blog has not been updated in a while. In a sense, I’ve lost my momentum. I set out my goals to blog about so many things, that I came to a point that I got overwhelmed and nothing was done. Couple this with a career switch which totally zaps up my energy as well as some “issues” with the Government. I have on my hands, a complicated situation, life’s big lemon thrown to me. Something from my past is affecting my situation now and for the future. Something out of my control, but I have to go through with it.
Well, what am I going to do about it?
I learnt one thing though, that I have lots of support from the people who care about me. That support is a BIG PLUS in surviving big lemons such as this. I admit, I was really down and out, lacking the motivation to do anything. I am still not yet out of the storm, but I guess I should make use of this “lemon” to make some “lemonade”!
What’s my lemonade then?
Recently I got in touch with a friend that I met through a fish keeping forum. Guess what? He owns his own import/export business specializing in arowanas now! I was like “Wow! A dream job man!” and then suddenly, as I was walking through his shop, admiring his display pieces, it clicked in my head, “I’m going to interview him!” And yes he has agreed and I will be interviewing him soon. So come back soon and you’ll get to learn more about the arowana business.
After much thought, I will be focusing more on businesses for this moment in time.
