On Adam’s strategy, I don’t think that’s just where the money is being made. More like the starter of it all. Of course you can’t just do a prelaunch and then do a launch with the same thing… things must be done to change the deal a little i guess or to sweeten things even more.

Because the hype is all gathered there. Preparing and amassing the email lists for that prelaunch (actually u can call it launch).
